Due to the mail backlog caused by the Canada Post Strike, all gift cards purchased online will be left for pick up at the spa, unless otherwise specified by the purchaser. A mock gift card will be emailed to all purchasers in place of the physical card.
Please note: the mock gift card is a message only. The original gift card has been issued and left at the spa for pickup. Photo I.D. Is required for pick up. The physical gift card must be presented for redemption.
Any service or package purchased online will be placed onto a Fayez Spa Gift Card and placed in a card holder to be mailed to the shipping address provided.
Online booking is not available. All services and packages can be booked by contacting the spa concierge at 519-652-2780.
