I lived in London, Ontario my whole life up until 2 years ago and then moved to Victoria, BC.  I was a customer at your Spa for 20+/- years and always very happy with customer service, right through to any service I received.

Since moving to Victoria, despite trying to find a good Spa and going to the higher end Spa’s here, I have to say that no Spa meets the superior service and standards that yours does.  You provide excellent service and people that you employ, and I was never disappointed.  Your Spa is extremely well maintained and clean which is very important as well.

If you ever decide you want to expand to BC, I would be extremely happy as would a lot of people here!!  When I get back to London for a visit, I will definitely be booking an appointment.
